In accordance with the provisions of current legislation applicable to Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), JOHAN CRUYFF PRIVATE FOUNDATION informs of the following data:

FUNDACION PRIVADA JOHAN CRUYFF, C/ Anna Maria Martinez Sagi, s/n, 08970, Sant Joan Despí, Barcelona (Spain), with NIF: G-60838380, contact mail (hereinafter, indistinctly the “Foundation”).

The mission of the Foundation is to support and develop projects of social transformation through sport for girls, boys and young people with special needs.

Among other foundational purposes, the Foundation collaborates with the organisation of the TRAM BCN OPEN (wheelchair tennis), which aims to consolidate itself as the main adapted sports event in Barcelona (more information here

The Foundation owns the website and this website, from which we manage the organisation of the TRAM BCN OPEN (hereinafter, the “Website”).



Access and/or use of this Website confers the condition of user, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use described herein (hereinafter, “User(s)”).

This portal provides the User with access to a multitude of information, services, programmes or data on the Website belonging to the Foundation. The User assumes responsibility for the use of the portal.



Minors under 14 years of age may not use the services available through the Website without the prior authorisation of their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who shall be solely responsible for all acts carried out through the Website by the minors in their care, including the completion of the forms with the personal data of said minors and the ticking, where appropriate, of the boxes that accompany them. In this regard, and insofar as the Foundation does not have the capacity to control whether or not users are minors, parents and guardians are advised that they must provide the necessary mechanisms to prevent minors from accessing the Website and/or providing personal data without their supervision, and the Foundation accepts no liability in this regard.

To this end, together with each form for the collection of personal data, in the services that the User may request from the Foundation, it will inform the User of the existence and acceptance of the conditions of the processing of their data in each case, informing them of the responsibility of the file created, the address of the person responsible, the possibility of exercising their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, limitation of processing, data portability, revocation of consent and not to be subject to automated individualised decisions, as well as the purpose of processing and the communication of data to third parties, where appropriate.

Likewise, the Foundation informs you that it complies with Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, or the regulations applicable at all times, and will request, where appropriate, your consent to the processing of your e-mail for commercial purposes at all times.
